The Platinum Strength Plan

This plan is designed to improve overall strength and performance. Each plan is completely tailored to you and your specific fitness goals and uses the Platinum Athletics app to track progress. Exercise videos are filmed by Platinum Athletics to teach proper form and ensure success. After completion of your 8 week plan you will be given the option to sign up again for another 8 weeks.

You’ll be able to track workouts, nutrition, fitness targets, progress photos, and more with the Trainerize mobile app.

Messaging

We’ll communicate through the app to ensure execution of each exercise and adjust difficulty level if needed to keep you on track with your goals.
