I have been in the fitness industry for more than 18 years and I’ve helped thousands of clients reach their individual fitness and nutrition goals. Dialing in nutrition and pushing clients to achieve their best results is what I do best and I really enjoy it! I have been active my whole life, from collegiate running, to regimented workout programs. Dedicated mother to 3 wonderful daughters. I love inspiring women to exercise safely during pregnancy and restore their core postpartum.
