KICK-OFF
Once you’ve purchased the program best aligned to your goals, we’ll start off with a 1 hour consultation to get to know you better, including an in-depth assessment of your history, goals, exercise limitations and personal equipment available. We will then create a customized plan tailored to your unique body type.

TRAINING
We use an advanced fitness tool that allows us to deliver custom programs and nutrition plans right to your phone—then track your progress in real time. In-app messaging lets us communicate with you along the way.

ACCOUNTABILITY
Depending on the program, you will have weekly check-ins to review your progress. Together, we’ll look at what you’ve done, your current state, and determine next steps based on your goals.
